Improving Eyesight with NSR In April 2006 I decided to do a healing on my eyesight as I was sick of wearing glasses for reading. For the past 10 years I had to wear glasses for reading and over that period I required stronger and stronger glasses.

The eyesight generally grows weaker because of an emotional problem, sometimes it is to do with not wanting to see something or face something in our lives. The energy centre or eye chakra governs burnout, boredom, sight, clarity. During the next six months my eyesight gradually grew stronger and stronger. By December I did not require reading glasses and could actually read the phone book. Over that six month period I kept on a healthy diet eating plenty of green vegetables. My eyesight is still improving and that was 12 months ago and now I see things everyday that I was missing out on before. To throw my glasses away was wonderful.

To me this was a perfect example of how NSR can improve eyesight once the issue has been cleared and the eye chakras opened. I personally found that I did not require another healing but just opened the eye chakras when my body required it.
