How many healing sessions will I need?
This is a individual thing and depends entirely on the client. I like to recommend a couple of sessions especially if you have never had NSR before. Depending on the nature of the condition it may require more healing sessions or it may require just one. If I feel more sessions would benefit you I will advise so, but I will leave the decision upon you to decide.

How long is the healing session?
It is usually about 1 hour. However, the first initial session could take longer and might be 1.5hours.

When I have a phone healing what do I have to do?
You should be relaxing on your own and you might like to be in a room with dim lighting or just a candle for light. Also have some good quality water to drink.

What are healing sessions like?
Rosemary offers personal one on one sessions either in person, by telephone, or using a photograph. Sessions simply involve picking up the client’s energy to proceed with the healing. The client just needs to relax during the healing as NSR is not about massage or manipulating the body.

How will I feel after the healing session?
Again this will depend on the individual. You might feel as if a great weight has been lifted from you shoulders and bursting with energy. Or on the other hand you could feel very tired and sleepy. This is because your mind and body want to continue the healing process uninterrupted. This can be done more effectively whilst asleep with your conscious mind out of the way.

How much does a healing session cost?
One session costs $85.00 Australian. The cost covers a one hour healing session, one hour phone call (If you requested your session over the phone) and a written report. There are discounts if you choose to book in for more than one session. Read More - Which Countries Do We Call?

Do I have to wear special clothing for a one on one healing session?
No. NSR is not about massage or manipulating the body.
