Words cannot fully express how much your healing session worked...
Every cell in your body vibrates constantly with energy and many cultures have accepted the fact that the body draws in energy from a universal energy field. The word chakra (pronounced sha-kra) comes from the Indian word meaning Sanskrit or wheel. The chakras move with a spinning motion and form a vortex which filter the energy and disperse it throughout your body.
The wheel or chakra spins according to the amount of energy that your system is taking in from the universal energy field. They are associated to your Endocrine System and to different physical systems and organs. Your chakras evolve naturally over a long period of time as part of your development.
